Auto Attach Registry entry

Specifies whether events are automatically attached to POS transactions if a single matching event is found.

Note: Only for use by the Vital Statistics Agency, Manitoba.

Some products within Vitalware require that an event is associated with them. For example, when a Birth certificate is ordered it must be associated with a Births registration in order for the certificate to print. The entry specifies whether a single match returned from a search for event details is displayed (allowing the operator to accept / reject the match), or automatically attached to the POS order.

This Registry entry is assigned to groups:

is true (automatically attach the single match to the order) or false (display the match to the operator allowing it to be accepted or rejected).
